Your District is Moving to a New Billing Software and Online Customer Portal

We are excited to announce that your District is moving to a new utility billing software system and online customer portal to make managing your account even more convenient! Each resident will need to complete a few required steps to ensure a smooth transition.

What does this mean for you?

New Account Number

  • Each resident will receive a new 6-digit utility account number.
  • This new number will appear on your water bill and must be used for all payments moving forward.

Auto Pay Re-Enroll Required – If your account is currently enrolled in Auto Pay you must login and re-enroll to continue automatic payments.

  • Make a one-time payment if needed to cover your current account balance.
  • Recurring payments will resume with your next billing cycle.

Online Bill Pay Service

  • Your bank will require a new payment ID.
  • Online Bill Payments will have a separate payment ID in the form of (xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx).

Check Payments – If you are mailing a check, please continue to use the address located on the pre-printed payment coupon.

Customer Portal – View and pay your bill online, including eCheck, debit and credit card options; set up reoccuring payments and sign up for eBills by using the following link: Β https://inframark.starnik.net

Guest Pay – Make a one-time payment without logging in to the customer portal by using the following link: inframark.starnik.net/starnikERP/#/rp_guestpay

Great news! πŸŽ‰ Thanks to Board of Cinco MUD No. 6, Β every home will now receive a 65-gallon trash cart (black with a red lid) at no extra cost to homeowners. This upgrade is designed to make trash collection smoother and more efficient.

  • Please have your trash ready by 7:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.

  • Place the cart at the curb with the handle facing the street.
  • Keep the cart clear of mailboxes πŸ“¬, parked cars πŸš™, and other obstacles.

  • You may use a personal trash can (30–50 gallons).
  • Or place bags next to the cart.

The Board meets the third Thursday of each month at at the offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas. Meetings generally begin at 11:30 a.m. and are open to the public. The Board welcomes and encourages District residents to attend.
