We will be air scouring in your neighborhood over the next few days. Air scouring is an effective cleaning method as overtime the water mains develop scale and mineral deposits which can result in “reddish looking” water. The color is harmless and the result of oxides (similar to rust) of the minerals naturally occurring in the water supply.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience, below is the service interruption schedule:
- February 10, 2022: Greenway Village Section I & II may experience a short interruption to your water.
- February 14, 2022: Greenway Village Section I residents will experience a service interruption from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
- February 15, 2022: A portion of Greenway Village Section II residents will experience a service interruption from 9:00 AM-4:00PM.
- February 16, 2022: A portion of Greenway Village Section II residents will experience a service interruption from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
