Trash Collection Updates As Of July 11, 2024

Due to Hurricane Beryl, there may be delays in trash services. Please see the details below for specific information regarding each service provider.

Best Trash

Storm Debris – Best Trash extends sympathy for all of those affected by the storm. We understand that this is a catastrophic event. It is encouraged to contact your Precinct or County to see when storm debris collection will happen.

Please note that storm debris is not part of the normal heavy trash collection for Best Trash. Our main focus will be to collect household trash. Please ensure that the storm debris is separate from your regular trash to avoid any confusion.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE BEST TRASH OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE POWER and limited availability to assist customers by email and phone until our office is back up.

Best Trash Service Reschedule Due to Impending Weather: Updated Collection Dates

Due to the impending weather, if your recycle collection day falls on Monday, July 8th, Best Trash will collect recycling on Monday July 15th.

If your trash collection day is normally Monday, Best Trash will collect trash on Thursday, July 11th.

Please be sure to put away trash receptables to prevent the spread of debris during the storm.

Holiday Trash Collection

There is no garbage or recycling collection service on:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (4th of July)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

If your GARBAGE service day falls on a holiday, it will be collected on your next regularly scheduled trash service day. If your RECYCLE day falls on a holiday, it will be collected on your next regularly scheduled recycle day.
