Storm Debris Collection in CINCO MUD 9: Best Trash Begins Pickup on July 31, 2024

Best Trash will begin collecting storm debris in CINCO MUD 9 on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Please have your storm debris prepared and placed at the curb for collection by 7 am.

1. Preparation: Residents are encouraged to cut debris to 4-foot lengths to facilitate easier pickup (but is not required). Place items at the curb in a pile.
2. Important Note: These dedicated trucks will only collect tree and fence debris. Household trash will not be picked up by these trucks.
3. If all your debris is not picked up by a Best Trash truck, it is because special equipment is needed, and a second truck will be coming around.
4. Please do not put anything on the water meter box as the grapple claw may damage the box and Best Trash is not liable for the damage.
5. If there is too much debris, collections will continue until we complete the area.

Important Update: Cinco MUD 9 Partners with Best Trash for Storm Debris Collection

Cinco MUD 9 has contracted with Best Trash to collect storm debris.

Storm debris is not part of the normal heavy trash collection for Best Trash, their main focus is household trash so please ensure that the storm debris is separate from your regular trash to avoid any confusion.

We will notify residents via text and at www.cincomuds.org/cinco-municipal-utility-district-no-9 of the dates that they will be in the neighborhood at least 48 hours in advance to collect storm debris.
