Unplanned Emergency Repair: Greenway Village Drive and Fairbranch Drive

Dear Cinco MUD 9 Resident,

On November 29, 2021, Cinco MUD 9 will have an unplanned emergency repair at Greenway Village Drive and Fairbranch Drive that may result in service interruption to your water.

Thanksgiving Day Trash Collection

In observance of Thanksgiving, there will be no service on Thursday, November 25th. Trash collection will resume on the next scheduled service day.

Notice of Public Hearing on Tax Rate

The Cinco Municipal Utility District No. 9 will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2021 on September 30, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Prosperity Bank, 1515 Grand Parkway, Katy, Texas 77450.

Members of the public may attend the hearing in person. Due to the COVID-19 virus epidemic emergency and the high threat level warnings issued by various governments and agencies, members of the public may also attend this hearing by telephone at (877) 848-7030, Access Code: 6934202

Your individual taxes may increase at a greater or lesser rate, or even decrease, depending on the tax rate that is adopted and on the change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in taxable value of all other property. The change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in the taxable value of all other property determines the distribution of the tax burden among all property owners.
